We are pleased to announce the launch of our online community accessible by CMS GlobalSoft clients here.
Overview
“We’ve been ardently pursuing the development of this new online community for our clients for over a year. It’s very exciting to finally launch the community and debut it to our client base,” says Sadaf Atashbarghi, Marketing Manager for CMS GlobalSoft. “We strongly believe this client-centric e-community will help us to further strengthen our customer service operations by allowing existing clients to have immediate access to their accounts, where they can view the progress and status of any open technical case.” Atashbarghi adds, “Beyond the customer service aspects, allowing clients to directly connect with management challenges and supply chain issues is something we were passionate about creating. From day one, giving our clients more immediate access to a CMS GlobalSoft community was at the forefront of our community building objectives.”
