About our company
Headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, CMS GlobalSoft (formerly known as CMS Consultants, Inc.) was founded in 1988 as both a consultant and reseller of shipping manifest software. Our seasoned technical and industry-savvy staff adds value by providing integration and implementation services as well as expertise through our consulting services. Due to our rapid growth in both domestic and international markets and within various industry segments, CMS GlobalSoft launched its first international office location based in Pune, India in 2006.

We are also the creators of CMS DesktopLink. Integrated with CMS WorldLink, CMS DesktopLink allows anyone in your company to easily rate, create shipping requests and track packages right from their desktops. All that is required to access CMS DesktopLink is a PC connected to the LAN/WAN running Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
