Wil Fekeci, Founder, President & CEO

Wil Fekeci founded CMS GlobalSoft (originally CMS Consultants) in 1988. Since then, Wil has led the company forward, driving the progress, productivity and innovation of a dedicated team of designers, technical leads, software developers and testing and application support staff who share a strong, customer-centric focus.

As an accomplished business executive with a broad scope of expertise in business analytics, business plan development, organizational architecture as well as IT selection and implementation, Wil has a proven track record of being a trend setting visionary often able to make decisions that have led to increased corporate opportunity and profitability.

In the 1990’s, at the peak of the economic recession, Wil expanded CMS’s business to encompass software development. His vision led to the creation of CMS WorldLink, a state-of-the-art transportation management and shipping application well suited for large enterprises.

As the company’s chief business development architect, Wil plays a pivotal role in building a foundation of strong relationships that are fundamental to CMS’ success.

Wil earned his B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

Rich Ortiz, Vice President of Operations

With more than 10 years of leadership and service at CMS GlobalSoft, Rich Ortiz heads up our designer, technical lead and software developer teams in support of CMS WorldLink. As part of his many responsibilities, Rich is actively involved in the IT strategy of clients, analysis, design, development and implementation, often determining customer needs and expectations. His position also encompasses making certain the day to day operations are executed with the highest standards.

Majd Alkassem, Director of Development

Majd Alkassem leads the CMS WorldLink development team for CMS GlobalSoft. His extensive background in product development, project management, strategic planning and targeting of applications and solutions to customers uniquely positions Majd as an invaluable asset to CMS GlobalSoft. Majd's core strengths include strong engineering analytical skills and an extensive knowledge in a wide range of programming languages and technologies. Majd, who's been with CMS GlobalSoft since 2001, currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University.
